CORE REHAB: MOMMY EDITION 6-Wk Program

Over this 6-week program, you will learn how to engage your core properly, repair your pelvic floor, & safely stretch & exercise even if you have ab separation & diastasis recti. Workouts are meant to incorporate your little one in a Mommy & Me format but having your little one with you is not required.​ We will be offering two different sessions at the same time. Moms with toddlers will meet Tuesdays at 5:30pm and moms with infants will meet Saturdays at 9:30am. Please don't let this discourage you from coming to one or the other if you can't make your child's specific age group though.

Gym owner & new mom, Emily, will be leading this program with the help of her 5 month old. Whether you are alone or have your baby, have limitations or injuries, workouts will be modified for each individual as needed. When you sign up, you will be redirected to a questionnaire where you can identify what day and time will work best for you for class.

Program starts the week of November 6th with 6 classes over 6 weeks for $72. There will be a make-up class each week for any mom that cannot make their regularly scheduled class.
